Terms of Service

By adding Miwi to a server or using its dashboard you agree to these terms and to Discord's Terms of Service. Miwi is provided by Hasibur Rahman, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Miwi to harass, spam, raid or harm people or servers.
• Don't attempt to exploit, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass Miwi's limits or security.
• Don't abuse voting (e.g. automated or incentivised fake votes) or try to manipulate Voter Cash.
• Don't use /ai, /say, autoresponders or any other feature to post illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors, or to impersonate others.
• Server admins are responsible for how they configure Miwi in their server (logging, moderation, AutoMod) and for telling their members about it where required.

Discord intents and data

Miwi reads server members, message content and presences to provide its features, as described in the Privacy Policy. It doesn't sell data or use it for advertising.

User app

When you add Miwi to your account, you can use some commands outside servers that have Miwi. You are responsible for how you use them there, and the server's rules still apply.

Limitations

Security, AutoMod and moderation features reduce risk but can't guarantee protection. They depend on Discord's APIs, audit logs and the permissions you grant. Keep your own backups and review settings regularly.

Voter Cash and Premium

Voter Cash is earned only through verified votes. It has no monetary value and can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, except for redeeming Miwi Premium through a staff-reviewed ticket in the support server. We may correct balances affected by errors or abuse. Premium features and limits may change; security features are never Premium-only.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend users or servers that break these terms. You can stop using Miwi at any time by removing it from your server.

Availability and changes

Miwi is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms with a new date.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Miwi and its operators aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or damage to servers caused by third parties, Discord outages or configuration choices. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Intellectual property

Miwi's name, logo and software belong to their owners. Your server content stays yours.
