Refund & Cancellation Policy

Miwi Premium is currently obtained only by redeeming Voter Cash earned from votes — there are no card or cash payments.

Redemption refunds

• Support staff can reverse an approved redemption within 48 hours of approval. The Voter Cash is returned to your balance and the Premium period is removed.
• Pending requests can be cancelled before staff approve them.
• After 48 hours redemptions are final, except where we must correct an error.

Paid plans

There are no paid plans. If they are introduced, their refund terms will be published here before anything can be bought.
