Antinuke: setup, protections, trust, lockdown and snapshots

Advanced antinuke controls (thresholds, scopes, lockdown, snapshots). New here? Use `/antinuke enable` instead. Antinuke is free for every server. `/security setup` also works — it starts in test mode so you can review decisions before Miwi acts. Administrator permission is not trust; add trusted users, roles and bots explicitly.

Set up antinuke (safe to re-run)

Whitelist a user, bot or role

level string — Trusted, or extra owner (owner only; full control of security)
duration string — Temporary, e.g. 2h, 7d (default: permanent)
protected boolean — Only the owner/extra owners can moderate them
automod_bypass boolean — Skip AutoMod filters (default: yes)
