Give or take a role from many members at once

`roleall @role` gives it to everyone, `roleall @role humans`, `roleall @role bots remove`, `roleall @role all add with_role:@Verified joined_within:7d`. Shows a preview first, then runs in the background with live progress and a Cancel button. One bulk action per server at a time. Roles above Miwi or your own highest role, and roles with dangerous permissions, are refused.

Options

role rolerequired — Role to give or take
target string — Who (default: everyone)
action string — Give or take (default: give)
with_role role — Only members who have this role
without_role role — Only members who don’t have this role
joined_within string — Only members who joined recently, e.g. 7d, 12h
joined_before string — Only members who joined longer ago, e.g. 30d
reason string — Shown in the audit log
