Roles given automatically to new members and bots

`autorole humans add @role`, `autorole bots add @role`, `autorole humans remove @role`, `autorole reset`, `autorole delay 10`, `autorole config`. Up to 5 roles per list (10 with Premium); roles are given after membership screening.

Open the role automation menu (autorole, sticky and voice roles)
